How paying works
There is no card on file. You send the money, we confirm it — usually the same day.
Pick a plan on the Billing screen.
Monthly or yearly, from inside your workspace.
Send the amount by InstaPay or bank transfer.
The address, the bank details and a QR code are on that same screen.
Upload the receipt and press “I paid”.
We review it and the workspace activates for the period you paid for.
If a renewal is late
Nothing vanishes. The workspace steps down in stages, and we email you at each one.
- Days 1–7
- Full access, with a banner. This is the grace period.
- Days 8–37
- Read-only. Every record is still there; editing pauses.
- After day 37
- The workspace closes.
Questions
- Do you charge my customers?
- No. Wavlo never touches your customers' payment methods. You keep collecting however you collect today, and Wavlo keeps the record of who owes what and when.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The workspace enters the same staged grace period as a late renewal, so you have time to decide.
- Can I change plan mid-month?
- Yes. An upgrade applies immediately, and the time you already paid for is added on top of the new plan.
- Is there a per-seat charge?
- No. A plan's seat count is a limit, not a price. Starter covers three people; Pro is unlimited.
- Can I get my data back out?
- Pro includes CSV export for customers and subscriptions. On Trial or Starter, ask us and we will export the workspace for you.
