We built the tool we needed at forty customers.
Wavlo is a subscription ledger for small teams that already collect money somewhere and just need to know who pays what, on what cadence, with what status.
The gap
At ten customers a spreadsheet is genuinely fine. At forty it starts lying to you: a renewal date nobody updated, a row pasted into the middle, a customer who churned in March and still sits inside the MRR formula.
The way out is supposed to be a billing platform. But Stripe Billing, Chargebee and Recurly exist to take money off cards, which is not how most small teams in this region get paid. What you actually get is weeks of integration, a monthly bill, and a dunning engine you will never switch on.
So there is a gap between the spreadsheet and the billing platform, and a lot of real businesses are standing in it. Wavlo is built for that gap and nothing else: the record of the subscription. Collection stays wherever it already works for you.
What we believe
- Four screens is a feature.
- Every screen we did not build is a screen you never have to learn. The product ends on purpose.
- Refusing to hold cards is a feature.
- It keeps us out of your compliance surface, and it keeps our name off your customers' bank statements.
- Arabic is not a setting.
- The interface changes direction, not just vocabulary. That was true on day one, rather than bolted on for a market later.
- No surprise invoices, in either direction.
- Your workspace does not auto-renew. You send a payment when you decide to, and we activate the period.

Who is behind it
Wavlo is small — small enough that the person who wrote this page also wrote the migration that runs when you sign up. That is the trade. You will not get a 24/7 support desk. You will get an answer from somebody who can change the code that afternoon.
